How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Suggestionsreading Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Suggestionsreading Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your home went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Keep in mind that Suggestionsreading Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide things on a provider's behalf.

How Do You File a Complaint?

Email contact@suggestionsreading.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
